I have never been so happy to go to work. I have never worked for a company that not only pushed me to be a better person but helped me in achieving my goals. The management staff that I have had and I currently work with is amazing and supportive. We work hard together and help where we can. We push each other and make sure that we are all on the path to meeting our goals. The company as a whole is motivational and strong. Everyone here is kind and caring. The company and the people that are in it truly make you feel like you are part of a family and not just another number. I see people struggle and I see people helping carry the weight and let them know they aren’t doing anything alone. There is pride and happiness in this company. There are challenges, as with any other job, but here it is worth it. The management and owners are constantly pushing for the employees that make up the wonderful family of esquared to become the best they can be for the company and in their personal life.
