If this can be considered a "con", there is a large amount of remote employees that you may communicate with virtually but never intereact with otherwise.

They genuinely seem to care about you. Unlike most other doc review jobs, etera typically doesn’t lie about the length of the project just to get you to sign up. Projects actually tend to be longer than expected, which is good news in the legal temp world. It’s also such a relaxed atmosphere. Casual dress, independent non critical work

The pay is a little lower than the standard, but it’s worth it IMO for the better work experience
