After the onboarding process, they continue to stay in contact with you by assigning you a HR coordinator, and they are always interested in how things are working for ETEAM and how the project is going.
Cons
Their onboarding process is a bit tedious but as long as you understand all of the requirements and make sure everything is taken care of quickly, it is pretty smooth.
