Generally ok but at times frustrating - Customer Service Representative eTeam Employee Review

Lots of delays, documents seem to have been misplaced. Confusion within eteam as to how to read college transcripts. For example, US colleges don't issue certificates of completion. A transcript is sufficient for everyone else. Woman who assisted me didn't seem to understand how to read credit transfers from one school to another. I am still somewhat upset that I quit a job thinking I would go right into this one, but it was delayed a week. I lost money because of red tape.
