Pros
I managed to get out and got a job with a respectful employer without wasting too much of my life.
Cons
Treat staff badly and get them to post Glassdoor reviews to boost their score - were at 2* at one point. CEO publicly stated to lie to get business and worry about it later. Staff pretend to work globally when majority are based out of India - why? Lucky if you are paid on time (even when you are an employee) and then they blame the bank! Really! Benefits - you are lucky to have a job. The list goes on.!
