Pros
The job itself was great I got to service Title Insurance in multiple states. I was able to learn and was able to advance in the job.
Cons
The president of the company does not want to see it's business grow. The President does not look at the market trend and they kept hiring new management. It seems like every 4-5 months we were having a new operations manager as they did not like the previous person.
