Pros

> great insight into a fast-paced and growing industry > most of the people here are good, fun-loving, smart people who want to do a great job

Cons

> highly political atmosphere. basically with some departments, beware, you're dealing with a minefield. anger the wrong person and you can end up in hot water. > horrific on-boarding/welcoming of new employees - if youre not smart and a complete self starter you'll find this job way too challenging and you'll feel overwhelmed in no time > there is too much focus on just "putting bodies in seats" rather than overall quality of people put IN those seats > it seems like people here want to just hire people that are relatives or friends - again, no focus on the actual quality of folks that are put into those positions > overwhelming amount of work with little to no guidance from superiors - this depends on departments. Some depts show that the superiors do as much (if not more) work than others. in other depts, it seems like the people managing have so much less work than the people they manage > the office space absolutely sucks. you hear conversations that are over google hangouts that are done VERY loudly and can be disruptive to your work > lack of conference rooms (WHEN YOU NEED THEM) > lack of transparency on management's part > it feels like in some departments some people work WAY harder than others...while other coast by with little to no repercussions. overall inconsistency in how teams are managed > compensation is below market rates > company culture seems to be changing towards a more corporatized stringent attitude and as a result this job ends up feeling very rigid and not much fun

Thank you for your feedback and we take your comments very seriously. We are surprised by these (except for the lack of conference rooms, a growing pain) and will certainly investigate to learn more and solve these issues as quickly as possible. We have already implemented a new on-boarding program to welcome new hires and we do not hire relatives but we certainly encourage employee referrals, which may include friends who are former colleagues. Since you are a current employee, we would encourage you to share more suggestions with HR or your manager so we can make improvements.

Pros

- Great team environment; lots of noise -- people actually talk to each other and are excited about they are working on - No BS management; everyone may not like it but they tell it like it is - Strong product that is easily market leader but needs marketed better - Good growth profile for the company; good opportunity to grow as the company does - As others have noted -- very much a self-starter environment. Not alot of handholding here. If you are the kind of person that likes to take an idea and run, this place is great. If not, you may struggle. - Friendly team that genuinely seem to like to spend time together - Management is pretty open and although there are definite tiers in the company, everyone is pretty accessible - Work ethic is strong across the board - Honest to a fault -- committed to client service in an industry that is pretty indifferent to it - Constantly adapting to market changes which means projects change as do priorities - making for dynamic environment, albeit a little exhausting - Company of builders

Cons

- Coordination of global teams needs improvement; inconsistent communication between offices - Junior employees could use more direct management to grow - More marketing outreach needed so that people understand the product and company better - Offices are cool but getting cramped
