After being promised quick turn around for commission checks--2 days max, my experience is from 2-10. constantly changing/promoting of transaction leaders and payroll leads means new people always in your transaction. Usually these people are new to the role and not well-trained. Same events at the same venues every year with lots of hard pitches to by company and partner products/services.

all calls to support are outsourced and are seldom able to be solved over the phone
late response to emails in a business where time is money
need to sign on to their virtual cloud world if you need some help in the field which can be inconvenient when you are actively showing houses
has lost all sense of a small brokerage feel, especially when you need help or help navigating a transaction.
