Active agents hired to corporate just use their positions to grow their own business and hire/promote their friends. No real progress. Consistently opting to put out everything at a "good enough" level and just leave it there. Every "leader" in the company lives and speaks in quotes. Always throwing out some dumb, tired words someone else said. Not one of them thinks outside the box. Broken records of corporate buzzwords that don't even mean anything or move anything forward. Buzz around and look busy while never actually improving anything that matters. If you just want a job, cool. This is the place for you. You can just suck and say what the boss wants to hear and you're golden. If stagnation is poison to your soul, stay away.
