Pros

Remote work and equipment provided

Cons

equipment provided is about 8-10 years out of date and is constantly breaking down or needing replaced. tech stipend is actually included in your normal paycheck so you get taxed vs actually providing a proper stipend. they will promise you a salary and shift possibility if you work harder and will never follow through. They also communicate en masse in the worst way possible. Today they told every employee there are impending layoffs, but said wait for a just kidding email to know if your position is guaranteed or not. Very inconsistent management messages and job responsibilities. Will double and triple workload roles and shift roles without warning, advising to just work with them. The pay is well below industry standard for the same type of work being asked. Management is extremely immature and will play favorites constantly, valuing someone with a fake positive attitude over actual results and hard work, then blame the hard workers for things falling behind.
