Pros

Things can change quickly as the directors and manegment team are really approachable. They listen to you and change any sort of processes if it adds good value. Staff are all really nice and sales has a good buzz about it, the manager does 1-2-1's and coaching with you, listening to calls and gives feedback on how to improve and what could of gone better. There is alot of support in the sales area and people like working for the management because of this, u do feel part of a team and that your making a difference. Music is playing in the day and the management keep you motivated with a morning meeting and some fun before you get to work, there are loads of targets you have to meet in sales but they are achievable, the manager always makes sure that the target is that way and that if you work hard all day and use the coaching that he gives you you can hit the target and earn commission.

Cons

Wages are quite low for the industry but i think thats because they had apprentices, I know some who have no passed this and moved up the scales which has been good to see. Not alot of company benefits for staff, no company reward scheme in terms of discounts or gym etc

Pros

Very friendly staff and management and an overall nice culture

Cons

Pay is very low compared to average . had to request to be paid at least minimum wage after I turned 21 and pay stayed the same and not many progression opportunities. Was there for a number of years progressed in the company towards the end but there was no increase in pay but there was increased responsibilities Ended up leaving after finding out jobs for members of my team which were being advertised for were being advertised at a salary higher than mine. When I queried and request my salary be raised I was told what was offered wasn't what the applicants would get and it was just to get people in for interviews which seems very dishonest

Pros

* The owners and senior management are approachable and have an open door policy where new ideas are welcomed. * They do reward hard work, honesty and loyalty. * Because of the relatively flat hierarchy, there is a chance to make a real difference to the business if you want to. * Friendly, open culture.

Cons

* The offices can get very warm in the summer, we are given the option of dress down during this time and luckily never lasts very long!
