Not a good company to work for - Anonymous employee echoVME Employee Review

Unorganized culture. No proper management or HR dept. No proper payslip is provided. No PF & TDS is done. No proper lunch place to eat properly. we are not allowed to wear slippers/shoes inside. No proper salary hike percentage. They are very partial. they follow retention bonus system which means you will get the hike amount only if you stay for 1 year. They expect you to work even after you go home after work hours. They expect you to work even when you are on leave or duirng holiday leave. Non veg is not allowed just bcoz more number of jain employees are working here and they dont eat non veg.
