Pros

Rewards and remuneration package is attractive. Can say among the highest market can offer.

Cons

1. Poor culture cause by poor HR practice. HR is given too much authority to dictate what we should, can and cannot do in the company. For instance, theres abundant of request from Engineering & IT dept request to attend claimable training under HRDF. But many of us were denied to do so due to stupid reasons; the most cliche reason given was Cost Optimization, doesnt align with our KPI, not align with business needs. 2) this is due to the fact that the CPO adopted the cult culture, where his cluster of people will be protected at all cost and the rest will be neglected. 3) This has lead to another problem where it has created to many bootlickers that dont even dare to say NO to unrealistic things and plan, as long as it pleases those with power and authority. 4) The disparity between Directorship and Working level is obvious when you seldom see Director and above position speak or mingle around the exec 5) Hence if you are seeking for career advancement and promotion, you will have to learn the art of bootlicking and a bit of politics into play. Poor those honest people who always give their best to the company but never getting recognized.

Great location with ease of public transport.

Cons

CEO appears more like a puppet on strings, dancing to the tunes of a select few behind the scenes. PMO Head lack real project management knowledge and communication with the CEO seems riddled with misinformation and nonsense. Nonsensical information fed to the CEO reflects a dysfunctional communication channel within the organization. GSS Head is encroaching on the responsibilities of the current management. GSS Head is biased towards a certain race which is reflected in all the minus 1. Bonus and promotions are based more on ass-kissing than merit.
