Pros

Free Lunch on Fridays, decent vacation policy, decent medical coverage

Cons

Office and bathrooms are not very clean, and it's always cold. Bad lighting, old chairs, cramped work spaces. Management only it for themselves. Low pay.

We respect all comments and reviews posted on Glassdoor – even those that seem born more from personal disappointment, than objective opinion. Beyond business changes that impact personnel, there is a complexity associated with any job change/loss - and individuals have a right to express their views – even in cases like this, when we vigorously disagree with the comments and perspective. TideSmart provides a healthy and supportive work environment and will continue to do our best to support the professional and personal growth of our Associates.

Pros

Our team. I work with some of the most dedicated, hard-working, passionate creatives I’ve ever encountered. In an agency environment, we’re completely interdependent on each other and ours is a meritocratic culture for certain. Management is very responsive in promoting those that excel in their position. Clients. This interface, under the guidance of our agency heads, is what fuels my passion and deepens my skill set. We work with some extraordinary companies here. Environment. We have a campus… office space is fantastic (great decor and on-site fitness room), logistics center is multi-purpose (including ping-pong & yoga), and our Viridescent building (Passive House showcasing contemporary design) houses our creative dept.

Cons

More traditional schedule and less flexibility here than I’ve encountered in other shops. You really need to be comfortable taking initiative; self-starters are more successful in this fast-paced environment.
