Pros

Nothing just * Colleagues and immediate team members were supportive. * The work environment on the project itself was generally fine.

Cons

I joined Emids in January 2026 after leaving a stable job because I was assured of long-term opportunities, strong project pipeline, and career growth. However, on 13 May 2026 in 4 months, my team and I were let go after the client project ended, with the explanation that there were no replacement projects or clients available. What made this experience difficult: * Employees were given assurances that created false hope about long-term stability and influenced major career decisions, but the reality turned out to be zero job security. Management support during this period was disappointing and felt ineffective when employees needed guidance most. * There appeared to be limited contingency planning for resource allocation after project closure. * Sudden job loss created financial and emotional stress, especially for employees supporting families. * Communication around bench planning, project pipeline, and workforce stability could have been more transparent.
