Pros
To give some context, after riding the freelance wave for close to a decade heading up design and brand teams I was reluctant to commit to a permanent role (ex Asos, Deliveroo, Moo). Two years down the line I’m still with eporta and continuing to build something amazing.

I’m lucky enough to work with a company full of driven but also kind people to deliver work we can be really proud of. The design & brand team has been (and still is) a privilege to lead and that’s down to being full of exceptional designs with ambition who keep me on my toes!
Cons
- Limited work-life balance, work often comes home with me
- Salary is benchmarked so there’s no ‘big tech’ paycheck lure
- Could always have more plants, it's not *quite* a rainforest yet
- Small to medium team means the wrong people decisions can have a big impact
