etika provide a positive and supporting workplace and are very much focused on helping their staff to develop their skill sets further.

While not necessarily a con the work environment is relatively independent and unstructured. This would be excellent for someone that flourishes in that environment but perhaps not ideal for someone that prefers a very direct structure.
