Hybrid, 2 days in office. Friendly people.

Lack of long term strategy and clear direction, leading to a highly reactive work environment. Always someone suddenly leaving / shown the door and restructures. Huge product gaps leading to customer frustration. A lack of board level accountability allows systemic leadership and strategic issues to persist unchecked.

etrainu has a fantastic company culture that makes coming to work genuinely enjoyable. Friday social afternoons bring the team together, and there’s always a good vibe heading into the weekend. The office has a table tennis table for some friendly (and sometimes fiercely competitive) matches, plus birthdays are a big deal—you get a day off and a proper celebration, minus the awkward office singing (unless you request it). Team days and events keep things fun, and the overall atmosphere is supportive, engaging, and full of good energy.

Fridays are so good that every other weekday might feel a little jealous. And honestly, enjoying work this much makes it really hard to complain about anything—awkward when chatting with friends who don’t love their jobs as much as you do!
