Pros
I am not one to usually write reviews however viewing a few of the negative reviews below I felt compelled to write in as I do not feel they are a fair reflection at all. - In all the companies I have worked in previously I cannot say that the CEO has even approached me. However this is not the case at eviivo. The CEO always introduces herself to the new staff in each department in the early weeks. She also arranges lunch with new staff members every quarter to get to know them, put her ideas across and also listen to theirs. Again I have never experienced this in my previous places of work. - The CEO, Managers, Team leaders and experienced staff are always there to help. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I have worked at previous companies where asking for assistance is met with a scold however this is certainly not the case at eviivo. Team members are always there to help after hours and always encourage you to call them after office hours if you are stuck with a difficult issue. - Yes, there is a lot of work to go through and at times it can get very stressful (Like in every company) however if you put your head down and work hard you will be rewarded. -There is room for growth, I was offered a promotion within my first two years at the company. - The staff at eviivo are a credit to the company. In all my years at the company I have only come across three or four people who I have not got along with which is amazing considering the hundreds of people I have worked with. There are regular team outings and the vibe between team members is the reason why I have stayed at the company for so long. I cannot stress this enough. I have made many friends for life here. - The product is second to none. It makes working a lot easier when the software is so good - The vast majority of the customers are a pleasure to deal with. You have a few demanding customers but so does every company. In all the companies I have worked in previously I cannot say that the CEO has even approached me. Cons
Occasionally you will need to work later than normal hours. Not a problem for me as I have a good time at work and enjoy it but this may be negative for others
