- Very transparent and honest leadership team. They stand true to one of the company's core values - Integrity - Puts the welfare of the employees first. I have been in the company for 6 years and I have grown with the company from 17 employees to where it is now. - They listen. They may not readily provide or accommodate your requests or suggestions, but they do listen and take them seriously. They commit to taking steps to improve the working conditions of employees wherever in the world they maybe - Very generous with recognition. You work hard, you get what you worked hard for. I believe that the employee+employer relationship is always 2 ways. While the company is creating opportunities for you, you create opportunities for yourself too. ezyCollect has been very supportive - They have wild yet awesome dreams and goals. And that makes it more exciting for an employee like me. It allows me to rediscover my full potential while being able to contribute to the growth and success of the company.
Cons
- I would not say cons but areas that can still be improved. Coming from humble beginnings, ezyCollect has gone a long way and the journey is far from over. And with the long journey ahead, comes more areas and things to work on and improve on. The important thing is that they are open and willing to make the necessary steps to make the improvements whether it may be on employee benefits, compensation, work conditions, employee welfare, etc.
