Toxic environment and unfair treatment - Anonymous employee fab'rik Employee Review

Management is awful, plays favorites, does not care about its lower level employees, and pays less than a cashier at McDonald’s. Working here was like being in high school full of mean girls and toxicity even from managers. No room to learn about the business or develop professionally even though they tell you there is when you interview. They have no clue what they’re doing as a business. I regret ever working here in the first place
