Upper management level creates a hostile work environment which is tolerated across the board. There is one individual that has the title 'Director' but is grossly misspelled and should actually state 'Dictator' - you are not entitled to think for your yourself, or have your own ideas. You must think in the box to fit in here, you must be timid and meek to survive their management team. The moment you step out of the box, you will face swift, and harsh, consequences!
