Pros
Absolutely none. The girls you work with and train are the best part of the experience.
Cons
What isn’t a con? I worked for this company for 6 months and even that was a stretch. I was given a final written notice which would have meant I was written up 2-3 times prior. I was NEVER written up, not once. There are a thousand and one rules that are constantly changing, but you do not get to see where they are written because they are made up. I was a part time employee working 40+ hours, being underpaid, and nothing was ever good enough. If you want to hear demeaning comments made to you every single shift, by all means, work here. Upper management DOES NOT care about their employees in the slightest. I practically gave this company every second of my life for the past 6 months and I was threatened to be fired for things I never did. Don’t bother standing up for yourself, they won’t believe you. I have never worked for a company who was so self righteous; management can go against all rules and NEVER see consequences, but god forbid you can’t come in on a day you were not even scheduled for, you’re the worst employee ever and now unreliable. My manager came in 4 hours late for her shift almost every shift, but if any of us were even 5 minutes late we had to make it up on our next shift. Unless you want to lose every ounce of mental stability and every ounce of confidence you ever had in yourself or the decisions you make, DO NOT work for this company. They will strip you of any happiness you’ve ever had.
