Cons
Changes in upper management lead to A LOT indecision, every SINGLE day there is a new policy or new method for conducting business. This constant shake up leads to a lot of confused and disgruntled employees. The recent removal of all employee incentive programs- bonuses, gift cards for high performance, and regional competitions, decreases employee motivation. Also the company does not take the time to train its employees and managements to cultivate a cohesive culture. Instead, a copious amounts of time is spent to improve boutique visuals; meanwhile the employees (and sometimes management) posses little to no interpersonal communication skill.
