      Pros

      There is the possibility to create a fun work environment, at times.

      Cons

      Everything! In the past 4 months I have changed through 3 different district mangers! The district/regional managers are NOT there to support you on any level and make work environment almost unbearable! The store manger is solely responsible for every little aspect of the store which is overwhelming at times. Stores are not given adequate hours to support workload.

      Pros

      I loved the flexibility of my boss scheduling me according to free time with my college work.

      Cons

      I felt like it was a very serious job and sometime my boss would make me go up to guests and keep askign them questions right when they walk in the door.
