      Management have 0 respect for junior staff Senior management have very unprofessional attitudes Terrible pay considering location Expected to work overtime free of charge Hard work isn't recognised or appreciated Unlimited holidays are not unlimited Very high turnover of staff Essentially, over worked and under paid

      Meeting culture is crazy with often 6+ hours of an 8 hour working day taken up by meetings, meaning there is very little time to do actual work and meet deadlines
