The management style is authoritarian with minimal training, lack of transparency during interview process, verbal agreements are inconsistent and change, very fast-paced environment. If you are looking for a flexible and progressive management style with healthy communication, this would not be the right fit for you. On paper, the culture and values sound great but there is a gap between the idea of the culture and values the company desires and the actual experience of working there. They do not align.
