Pros

This is that kind of company who somehow cares about the employees. It's really nice to be here. People are nice (not 100%). Free schedules when need, can leave whenever is needed and come back whenever you can, just should follow some simple rules like to at the end of week to cumulate 40 worked hours. The management seems to be good, friendly and helpful. Generally - this is an excellent environment for work, just when you are 50 years old already! Not too much rush, everybody does his own work and following some specifics daily paths.

Cons

I would not say that too many people are very professional here. Not many possibilities to grow up as a professional. If you'll come as a junior, you may stay in that position for long long time and nobody will pay much attention at how good you are and how much are you trying to do. Upper level Management people are friendly with employees, but don't pay much attention to their successes. The salaries, as I know not just from my own experience but from few more fellows, are very very bad. Within the time I've worked there, many people were coming and leaving the company within a period of around 6 months, and some of them told me the same, it's because of salary wages. There are not many extra activities, just monthly meeting which are pretty boring some times, but this is not such important thing.

Pros

Flexible schedule, Fast Advancement, Friendly Coworkers

Cons

When I left they warned me of the non-compete and told me they would contact my new employer about the non-compete. I guess it would be better if they sued me directly
