-My entire experience at goTenna is incredibly positive thanks to an exceptional manager and team -I feel supported professionally and personally at goTenna -I know that whenever my time at goTenna comes to a close, I'm going to have grown as an engineer -I know that my engineering work is respected and that my technical experience and recommendations are valued and trusted -I enjoy coming into work and getting to interact with my coworkers -While I am encouraged to work urgently and efficiently, every time that I have been asked to explain why an engineering timeline takes as long as it does, it's been understood and accepted by my direct manager as well as executive managers -There is a growing HR/People Ops team that is crushing it in bringing in talent and continuing to build the culture of the company through activities, strategic growth, and just in general being wonderful humans who you know are supporting you! -I have already recommended the company to friends and former coworkers

-I have yet to personally experience any notable negatives at the company -goTenna is a vast improvement from the seed-level startup I was previously at and you can DEFINITELY feel the difference at this Series C company
