      Pros

      -While the Brickell office offers a pleasant environment and friendly staff, for the age of the company, a lot of CX processes and positions to facilitate and create successful cx reps were just created or implemented within the last 2 years.  -As an AE, you'll gain valuable experience but face a dynamic and fast-paced work environment with often-vague job expectations. This can lead to unclear responsibilities. -Travel to events when going to support customers onsite

      Cons

      - It's important to note that onsite travel can be demanding, requiring work throughout weekends. Process for post trip can improve as how physically and mentally tiring the trips are.  -While the leadership team seems focused on customer satisfaction, there's room for improvement in employee well-being and work-life balance. -Some instances of unmet promises, a lack of support from management, and office politics. -Hard-work and time in company is overseen.  -Lack of drive or help from direct manager even when voiced to help you when feeling like your cup is overflowing

      Pros

      I’ve had a really positive experience working here. The company has a strong, team-oriented culture where people genuinely support each other. Leadership is approachable, and there are frequent opportunities to collaborate across departments. The environment is fast-paced, which keeps things exciting and allows you to learn a lot quickly. There’s also a big focus on employee engagement — events, celebrations, and recognition efforts make people feel valued.

      Cons

      Because the company is growing and moving quickly, processes can sometimes feel undefined or change frequently. This can create extra work or confusion if priorities shift. Workloads can also get heavy during peak periods, so strong time management is important.
