Very flexible and easy to secure employment, payment every two weeks is very helpful and there are interesting events to work at.
Cons
Inconsistent work that can't be relied upon, hours are often changed on shift, supervisors and upper management really vary in terms of skill and respect for employees. It often feels as if your time is not valued with shifts cut short and slight lateness or uniform issues resulting in being sent home without pay
