      Pros

      The leadership at hrQ is honest, transparent and forward-thinking. All employees are empowered to contribute in ways that are meaningful to them and the cross-team collaboration is dynamic. The company ensures our days are focused on value-add activities for our clients and minimizes the administrative side - very few standing meetings, no timesheets, supports continuous real-time feedback. People at hrQ are at the top of their game and are fun, too.

      Pros

      The staff are top notch recruiting professionals. I have been placed on multiple engagements by them since 2021. They have been a great fit for my skillet and pay well. All positions have been remote.

      Cons

      The positions I have worked did not have an option for contract to hire. However, I've learned a lot by experiencing a broad range of industries and work cultures.

      They were able to find a contract position that matched my background and qualifications. The client I worked for had a strong need to update their policies and bring them up to date and in compliance.

      Some coaching/training needed at all leadership levels.
