      Pros

      Flexible, agile leadership. Good work-life balance. Management cares about recruiting and maintaining great talent that is an appropriate fit. The company is on a growth path and maturing in impressive fashion. I expect great things in the future and am proud to be a part of it.

      Cons

      As a small company, compensation is generous but benefits have room for growth.
