The initial learning curve can be challenging for freshers as there is a lot to learn in a short period. But, no major concerns during my internship. The experience was overall positive and provided valuable learning opportunities.

As an intern, I am still exploring the organization, so it is difficult to identify major drawbacks. Some processes and technologies may take time to understand for newcomers, and the learning curve can be challenging initially.
