1. No improvement on your skills 2. Micro management is to the core when they need it 3. Even after applying leaves before a month, they can cancel the leaves and then considered as LOP 4. Even after late night supports and weekend supports provided for months together, no recognition and no appreciation 5. Internal politics is increasing 6. Hike procedure is for name sake, the percentile will be decided much in advance

Good work-life balance and job security are the best things about the company. Colleagues are really helpful and management is supportive and there is a lot of opportunity to try new things and learn. Good exposure too because it's a fast growing company.

Limited work from homes are the only cons.
