1. Best strategy for controlling their employees with holding their dmc at the time of joining. 2. Strategy: hold employee salary till they ask for payment. In short employee has no right to ask for last 2 month salary. 3. Good hr policy, no one can discuss thier issues with hr. Hr has no rights to listen employee issue so don't waste your time with hr. Talk directly with school headmaster.

1. Don't submit your dmc at the time of joining. 2. If you didn't get your last month salary. Just put down your paper because they have planned something wrong for you.
