I2e Consulting is very close-knit organization with clear communication. We are aware of the employee who has written this review and all the conflict of interest we had. About work from home, we have a policy of allowing work from home to employees who are not on critical projects as it gets difficult for the team members to co-ordinate and meet deadlines. However, you are free to come in and go at flexible hours in different shifts. However, the “no work-life balance” is completely untrue as we never work on weekends or ask our employees to do overtime.
