Work environment is challenging and a lot of growth

Salary is very less as compare to work you are putting

I feel there is no prons of that company

1:- working environment is bad 2:- CEO of company is not helpful. He is not capable to handle employees and environment 3:- HR policy is worst. There is defferent different policy with different different employees i.e there is no single policy for all. They treat employee according to them. They are not provide full policy to employ when some problem rise they show there policy which was not shared with employee. 4:- CEO and HR both manipulate things with employees. Keep imposing the problems of the employees on each other (like salary/variable/COVID problem)- 5:-They include variable in name of salary increment and deducted without any solid reason 6:- They create problem when you resign (they releave you according to them and give remaining salary according to them) 7:- when covid on peak 3rd wave they was not ready to provide WFH to employees even when employee's family having covid positive. 8:- Company creates a fake profile on LinkedIn with your name and profile (same as your personal) and do thing like promotion msge etc. . . When I joined company there were 28-35 employee and when I leave company after 6 month there is only 10-12 employee . Reason is there policy and there behaviour towards employee. . .
