Pros
Definitely a great opportunity to get your foot in the door, and to have projects under your belt. A lot of knowledge to gain in the HVAC industry, and a fast paced work environment. Flexible with working if you are going to school.
Cons
Not many other engineers at the facility to assist. No standard protocol for setting up interns because I was in the first ever group of interns hired by the company.
