Pros
1. Do not get happy by seeing positive reviews, There are 50-60 employees(this number can increase) who hold shares in this company, they blindly follow this company because of their self-interest, So they write positively on glassdoor and everywhere else to nullify negative comments which are true. 2. You have to live in their campus which is in Kurnool, In that campus, you have to share a room with many other people with single washrooms and poorly managed. 3. Working hours are 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM every day with no holidays. 4. They promise that if you work hard and sincerely, you will be promoted but It's a complete lie. The promotion will go to their favorite person. 5. They says, Every person working is like a family, but It doesn't reflect in actions.
Cons
There are umpteen cons : 1. from the HR team to CEO, every person will talk sweetly but when time comes they show their real face. 2. No work-life balance, No personal space, No time for family and friends. 3. They always said that they have a great culture but following the same culture they have fired many employees who used to slog for 12 hours every day for them. 4. Don't work with this company and its other companies like proyuga, cyber eye etc. 5. If you wanna work for money, believe me, there are many good companies and ways to earn money.
