Small company that feels like family, but not in the cringey way. I feel valued and that we are seen as individuals while also focused on the value of the team. I love the culture. I love that there are so many women leaders!

Benefits enrollment platform is bare bones. Would appreciate a more robust benefit package. HR response times can be slow.

Working at this company has been challenging due to several significant issues that impact the overall work environment. There is a prevalent lack of trust and collaboration among employees, often leading to a competitive and divisive atmosphere. Additionally, many employees, including myself, frequently experience anxiety over job security, which detracts from productivity and morale. The open-door policy that is ostensibly in place does not function effectively in practice. When concerns or issues are raised, they are not adequately addressed, and in some instances, reporting problems has led to retaliatory actions. This has created a culture where employees feel unsafe and unsupported in voicing legitimate concerns.
