Pros
Relationship with higher-ups is really good. Pretty laid back about punctuality and attendance. They will hire and accommodate pretty much everyone: people with criminal history, weed addicts, the homeless, etc.
Cons
All their printers and production workers have to go through about 6 months of temp work before being hired. The managers' and supervisors' friends though get hired immediately, their skills and work experiences exaggerated so they can get higher starting pay and also be promoted to lead and supervisor positions within months. More than half of their workers were laid off during the pandemic, and some of us that remained were encouraged to be furloughed and were promised to be called immediately after they pick up. Then they called and laid us off. Meanwhile the company quietly received a total of $3.7 Million in PPP loans, according to SBA and in their application they claimed to have retained 149 workers. That's definitely not true. Even before the layoffs I doubt they had that number of employees. Terrible way they treated us, wondering if all that money really went into payroll.
