Pros
There are some good people.
Cons
* IGPS / Optimized Logistics does not value, appreciate, or compensate correctly for this position
* Never-ending daily meetings and a new report almost weekly (Usually comes out every Sunday around 2 pm)
* Every deficiency you point out that is outside of production will become an action item that will be assigned to you
* Production floor workers are horrific. You will have to carry them every step of the way. (If you terminate one the staffing agency will send you another that is the same or even worse)
* You will be forced to use your PTO for weather days, supply chain issues, and any other circumstance that is beyond your control. (That is why the PTO in your offer letter will be generous)
* Machinery is perpetually broken. It was broken when I got there and broken when I left.
* Overflowing with undocumented people.
