10yWe are pleased that you like the pay and benefits at iHerb. iHerb is one of the very few Distribution Center’s in the Inland Empire that offer a climate controlled environment. iHerb prides itself on its numerous communication channels including: CCTV, company newsletter, team member meetings, and team member events, etc. We are not sure what you mean by the ‘ball’, but if you are referring to the Holiday event that took place in late January, this was a well-attended event by both warehouse and administrative team members. All team members who attended had their names entered into all of the major raffles. In addition, only warehouse team members were entered into a separate raffle based on the iRock incentive plan.
We respect and appreciate all of our team members’ contributions.
