7yWhile we appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback as it relates to your experience working at iHerb, it is disappointing to hear that we were not given the opportunity to address your concerns while you were still employed at one of our locations. iHerb prides itself in the fact that we have one of the lowest turnover rates in our industry. Management here at iHerb makes great strides to institute and follow a system of fair and just business practices ensuring that all employees are given an opportunity to succeed.
