iHomesColorado is like a high level gym; you’re given all the equipment to succeed and it’s up to you to make use of it and get your own results. Everything is cutting edge and Justen has aligned himself with the best in the industry for tech, training and lead sources. That being said, you’ll still see a wide variety of outcomes based on people’s commitment to mastery. I’ve been at iHomesColorado for just a little over two years if I count training/onboarding, and at the start of next month I will have closed my 30th home, which far exceeds industry averages. Justen continually helps me demand more of myself and when I do, my closings-per-month goes up. It’s really that simple

It’s entrepreneurship, and just like a gym, you’ll get out what you put in. With discipline, consistency and a desire to grow, you will excel here. There are no handouts in this industry so if you’re the type to quit when stuff gets hard and blame others for your shortcomings, then neither iHomes nor Real Estate will be a good path for you.

There is a very high energy that is maintained and well kept at this office! They are an amazing team that wants to train you and assist you in order to be successful. It all sounded too good to be true when I first started but I learned that if you're doing well, the brokerage is doing well, and it made sense. Everyone is so positive and willing to help you learn the ropes, and they all come from every walk of life. Great people!

The only con is how saturated the market is in Denver. There are so many starving real estate agents battling for that listing, unless you know people and have an incredible sphere you are going to have to work like crazy to scrape the sides of the barrel.
