Pros
Pros just doesn't fit in their dictionary except they provide Macbooks for the employees. Good company for so called loyalists who are posting fake reviews on Glassdoor.
Cons
I can actually write a book on the Cons which would make much more profit than this company. 1. Worst & Unproductive Management you will ever come across. 2. The funny and the worst part is that when they don't generate any income from the client they try to earn it through employees by asking their 3 months payout with false accusation. 3. The Co-Founder of the company is the main reason that this company is going to be bankrupt in just few more months. Even a Mannequin would do a better job than this woman . 4. When they can't tackle the problems professionally then they go the other amateur way by personally hurting you and invading employee's privacy. 5. There don't have the HR Department where you can address your issues since the management has fired them as well for lame reasons. 6. No proper planning of the project as false estimates are already given by some XYZ to the client who don't even know the ABC of the project. 7. Employees are awarded on the basis on longevity of their term not by their performance. If you have completed 4 yrs you will get to have lunch with the Management Team. Glassdoor doesn't allow minus ranking otherwise I would have rated the least minus value.
