Good boss at a bad company is acceptable. But in this company's case, it is pathetic boss at an equally pathetic company. Employees are underpaid, expected to work on weekends. No clarity in communications. Sales team just concerned about their targets and over committing to the clients even if the task cannot be delivered. Finance team is very money hungry. Clients Beware!!! They will jeopardize your marketing activities if you don't pay them on time. Pricey services as opposed to the results delivered. No knowledge transfer from sales team to the implementer. Internal politics. Company does not pay salary on time. At the time of payout the senior management conveniently goes on a vacation. No employee loyalty programs. No incentives for target achievement. They change your designation many times as they deem fit. Employees do not have a sense of purpose as the management does not have any. They make you serve 3 months of notice period and then ask you to sign no dues if you want your relieving letter. PLEASE DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY. YOUR CAREER WILL COME TO A STANDSTILL!!!!!
