Pros
• Co-workers are great, (or at least they were until almost 30 people have been let go or quit in the last year) We all got along great both at work and outside of work. • Co-workers have become real true friends. Friendships were built that will now last a lifetime. • Health insurance was covered 100% • Free Friday lunch
Cons
• The morale and atmosphere of what used to be amazing, has been going down hill for the last 1-2 years. The company is completely different. • The CEO and upper management really doesn't care about their employees anymore, only the money that goes into their pocket. Ego's are crazy. • Does not recognize the hard work his employees do on a daily basis. He criticizes and verbally abuses his employees without ever recognizing the good that they do each day. Overall is a disrespectful and unprofessional person. • Expects workers to do the job of multiple full time job positions on a low salary. • Very toxic place to be in now. • CEO gives "pep talks" that you would think should be inspirational and motivational (which years ago they were). Instead they include things like "you're disposable to me, you are all replaceable", "you're useless at this unless you do this", etc. Doesn’t know the right, professional way to talk to his employees. • CEO never listens. Always demands. If you try and talk to him about your opinions he will cut you off. Your opinions and input never matter. • Says he's available for his employees always, yet he never is. • Talks down on you like you’re worth nothing. • Shady tactics. • EXTREMELY high employee turnover rate.
