Pros
competitive salary, insurance, friendly national staff
Cons
I would describe iMMAP as authoritarian management style organization, where employees' ideas and opinions are not always taken into account, there is a lot of micromanagement and lack of internal communication. Many times I saw how inputs from my colleagues were not take seriously although it was really good ideas. People tend to feel happier and perform better when they feel like they are making contributions to the organization. If you have good reputation you will be fine, but if a person had a lower position his ideas will be neglected as people in the organization are not treated equally. Yet you have competitive salary, good insurance and friendly national staff. But keep in mind that there no salary rate, your salary depends on your negotiation skills.
